At Streebees we’re constantly exploring innovative ways to capture rich, high quality insights at speed. With SBX, we’ve made it un-bee-lievably easy for you to get the bespoke insights you need to fuel your decisions. This agile insights tool combines our years of industry expertise with innovation to deliver quality and quantity - all in as little as 48 hours.
One way we do this is through the use of conversational surveys. Instead of launching the same pre-defined, closed-text survey with each participant, the tool analyses what each participant has shared and optimises its follow-ups in real-time - just like a seasoned researcher. This qualitative approach provides the depth of a 121 interview at the scale of a survey, making it easier to capture the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ in people’s own, unbiased words.
We’ve now taken this approach one step further with the introduction of our multimedia capture and explore features. Participants can now upload photos and videos during the conversation, giving you even more context on how products are being used or consumed in-the-moment!
The content is automatically analysed and classified by our proprietary technology and taxonomies, with videos being transcribed and translated as needed, before being pushed into your tailored SBX dashboard.
In the dashboard you’ll find a multimedia explorer tab where you can filter photos and videos based on key variables in addition to having an executive summary, charts, themes and rich consumer verbatims. You can search for specific photos and videos too, which can be pulled out and added to your own documents and presentations 😍
These new photo and video capabilities bring you high quality, visual insight, conveying rich sentiment and behaviour that wouldn't be captured in a traditional survey. Here's a video you can check out to see these new features in action!
“The enhancement of Streetbees’ SBX platform with photo and video capabilities is setting new standards in market research. By harnessing the power of visual data, companies can gain a more comprehensive understanding of their consumers, leading to better-informed business decisions and more successful product and marketing strategies. This shift towards a more interactive and insightful data collection methodology not only benefits businesses but also enriches the overall market research field, promising a future where data is not just heard but seen and felt.” Business Today
